The final knitting cruise of the season was a beautiful day out on the water... knitting...

... chatting... (that's the knitting imposter, but he sure steers a great boat!)
 ...eating...

... observing...

... and laughing, and thoroughly enjoying each other!
Last week I took some folks on a visiting sailboat to the local cheese factory ... they specialize in goat cheese.

 ... and it's delicious!

... and after the tour, you can sit and drink Salt Spring Coffee in this lovely garden!

The summer is absolutely FLYING by here ... you, too?

Looks like a wonderful day was had by all! Leaving for Victoria tomorrow morning (31st) and hope to see you while I'm there.

Is that photo of the boat in the gap taken on Prevost Island? If so, I know that gap well! Your photos are so lovely and make me yearn for some Gulf Islands time!

Yes, Valerie, it sure is the Prevost Island gap. Glenthorne Arm is our 'go-to' day trip destination from Fulford, where we live!
